Cara Bauermeister's work pays homage to the past while she re-envisions her pieces from a contemporary setting in her garden studio in Cape Town, South Africa. All items made by Cara are her original designs that are made with great care and intention. The work is not rushed because the ultimate goal is to create something of fine craftsmanship, intriguing design and classic proportions to last a lifetime and beyond.
