Shipping & Delivery

Before your credit card is processed, we will check stock on your items. If for some reason we are not reasonably certain you can receive your order within 10 working days, we will email you an estimated delivery date and give you the chance to confirm the order.

We ship via USPS and UPS. You will be given the option to choose a carrier and calculated shipping timeframe at checkout.

At this time we do not offer free shipping.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

At this time, we only offer US domestic shipping.

Yes! Please choose the order pickup option at checkout if you are in the Laguna Beach area and want to save on shipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, and your purchase is not one of our final sale items, you can send it back to us for a 100% refund to your original form of payment or a 110% store credit.

Contact us at hello@goodtogetherhouse.com to begin your return process. We will send you a return label to make this as easy as possible!

To qualify for refund or store credit, an item must be returned within 10 DAYS of purchase and in the same condition that it was received. We have the right to deny any returns or store credit we feel do not meet these requirements.

*Special orders, discounted products, jewelry, and apothecary items are final sale.

Store credit and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your return. You will be sent email confirmation once processed.
